Description: Antique double towel rail. Dating from the Art Deco period this rail is a large size and would comfortably fit hand or bath towels. The milk glass opaque rails each rotate through 180 degrees. The backplate has 2 recessed screw holes for wall mounting and is a heavy cast brass with gently worn chrome plate. Would look stunning wall mounted next to a basin or bath.

Condition: Very good. Sensitively restored to reflect the age of the piece. The original chrome plating has worn in places commensurate with age and use to reveal the brass underneath. Both glass tubular rails are original and the end finials are a quality brass casting with chrome plate.
