Description: Quality, original antique pair of large French curtain tie backs. Dating from the 1800’s these are in a heavy cast brass, weighing just under 1kg each. There is a highly decorative feathered motif on the finials and a bow to the back plate; all with a wonderful original gilded finish. Designed to be wall mounted, with a strip across the back which can slot onto a flush mounted bracket, along with a screw hole to each for added support. Stamped with the initials JC 333 on the reverse. Beautiful decorative feature for your curtains or drapes.

Condition: Very good. Some slight surface marks commensurate with their age and use.
